Strategic Analysis SME with Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Provide complex analytical studies and activities
• Analyze potential impacts of trends and emerging technology
• Report analysis, insights, findings, and recommendation to leadership at least on a monthly basis, as part of larger trends analysis team
• Reviews and translates national guidance into operationally relevant products
• Supports the development of timely, occasional papers on special topics
• Research topics, provide analysis, and deliver written and oral presentations on findings/insights
• Make recommendations on relevant, credible, and timely actions that can be taken in light of the findings

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors Degree and a TS/SCI
• Must have 8 years of experience
• Knowledge of U.S. Government and international partner efforts to counter and deter WMD and emerging threats
• Knowledge of DoD Strategic Guidance and associated documents
• Ability to coordinate and reach consensus with other organizations and directorates
• Analytical, technical, or administrative support expertise related to CWMD/CBRNE/Consequence Management and/or other DoD-related missions and activities preferred
• DTRA experience preferred
• Experience coordinating with analytic agencies and entities to assure integration of cross command products
• Possess analytic and operational expertise to all identified supported offices and personnel
• Experience providing written inputs to study plans, analysis reports, and final reports
• Experience assisting in reviewing and selecting externally conducted research on specific relevant topics in furtherance of group missions
