Position Overview LvlUp Ventures is expanding its Innovation Alliance, a global network of senior executives, investment leaders, corporate decision-makers, and institutional partners collaborating to unlock investment, commercial, and strategic opportunities. We are inviting accomplished professionals to join as Strategic Advisors, either in an individual capacity or as representatives of their respective organizations. Unlike traditional advisory positions, the Innovation Alliance is designed as a two-way strategic relationship. Through LvlUp's extensive investment pipeline, portfolio ecosystem, and institutional network, we seek to bring relevant companies, investment opportunities, and strategic initiatives directly to our Advisors and their organizations. This includes opportunities for venture and strategic investments, corporate pilots, commercial partnerships, acquisitions, joint initiatives, and other forms of collaboration aligned with each Advisor's priorities and institutional mandate. In turn, Advisors contribute their expertise, relationships, and industry perspectives to support investment activities, portfolio development, and the continued expansion of LvlUp's global platform.Our objective is to build enduring relationships that generate meaningful opportunities for Advisors, their organizations, LvlUp Ventures, and the companies across our ecosystem. Responsibilities & Strategic Collaboration Strategic Advisors work alongside the LvlUp Ventures team on selected initiatives based on their expertise, professional interests, and organizational alignment. Key areas of involvement may include: Investment & Opportunity Evaluation: Provide strategic perspectives on prospective investments, emerging companies, industry developments, and potential transactions.Corporate & Institutional Collaboration: Work with LvlUp to identify opportunities that align with their organization, including investments, pilot programs, commercial agreements, and strategic partnerships.Deal Sourcing & Referrals: Identify and introduce exceptional founders, high-potential companies, investors, corporate partners, and other relevant opportunities.Portfolio Value Creation: Contribute executive expertise, market knowledge, and strategic relationships to support companies across LvlUp's investment and program ecosystem.Strategic Introductions: Facilitate relevant connections among investors, corporations, institutions, and portfolio companies where mutually beneficial.Industry Leadership: Participate selectively in investment discussions, pitch competitions, advisory sessions, thought leadership initiatives, and industry events.Global Ecosystem Development: Support the growth of LvlUp's institutional relationships, international partnerships, and strategic presence across key markets. Participation is collaborative and opportunity-driven, with specific activities tailored to each Advisor's availability, expertise, and interests. Such participation is not guaranteed. Advisors may participate individually or through their affiliated organizations, with opportunities for deeper strategic and commercial partnerships evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
