About the role

We're assembling a small, deliberate advisory board to help Just Badge go from a profitable innovation studio to a venture fund in the next 18 months. Each advisor takes ~0.5% equity, vesting over three years — with the option to invest for more.

What Just Badge Is

Just Badge is an operator-led innovation studio. We turn expertise into market authority (Authority Engine) and ideas into revenue-generating products (Badge Labs). We've shipped 30+ products, built 15+ AI agents, and taken a client from $0 to $6M ARR. A trial attorney came to us with a methodology and no code; six weeks later he had a live SaaS company — product, brand, six languages, investor deck, real users, real payments. Where This Is Going

The Arc You'd Be Advising Today — a revenue engine. We build for fee. Cash in, case studies out, deal flow compounding. Next — equity for build. As cash flow stabilizes, we increasingly take equity and revenue-share alongside fee — building products for founders in exchange for a piece of the upside. ~18 months — a fund. As the portfolio of equity positions, revenue-share deals, and our own products grows, it becomes the asset base that lets us raise institutional capital and stand up a fund. You wouldn't be advising a services shop. You'd be helping stand up a fund — and holding a piece of what it becomes.

What We're Looking For

• GTM & revenue — enterprise sales, channel and alliance ecosystems, scaling B2B revenue. You've opened doors to buyers before and can do it again, for us and for the companies we build.
• Capital & fund formation — an investor network and the scar tissue to help us structure and stand up a fund. You know how capital gets raised because you've raised or deployed it.
• Industry doors & intros — domain credibility and warm introductions to the decision-makers we sell to and build for.

What You Get

• 0.5% equity in Just Badge Inc., vesting monthly over a three-year term, on standard advisor terms.
• The option to invest for additional equity via SAFE — separate from your advisory grant, entirely optional, and advisors who back us early get first look at the terms.
• Deal flow & portfolio visibility — early line of sight into the products, founders, and companies moving through the studio, and the fund as it forms.

The Commitment

Impact, not hours. We don't count your time. A monthly check-in, warm intros when they fit, and availability when it counts — measured by the doors you open and the judgment you bring, not hours logged. Quarterly, together. A deeper strategy session each quarter on where the studio and the fund are heading. By invitation, three-year term. No board seat, no fiduciary duty, no liability. You lend us your judgment and network; we handle the rest.
