Responsibilities
- Selling into HR/Benefits leaders at larger companies (10K to 30K employees)
- Closely work with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and the Strategic Alliances team to close opportunities, and self-source opportunities within the assigned territory
- Develop and execute full-cycle sales pitches, including discovery calls, presentations, demonstrations, pricing analysis, and negotiations
- Prioritize strategic accounts and opportunities aligned with national sales strategies
- Create business cases for senior executives at mid-size organizations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather and provide feedback on client and consultant needs and product roadmaps
- Build and maintain strong relationships with health insurance brokers and health benefits consultants
- Occasional travel for sales pitches and industry events
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new opportunities in the territory
- Understand client needs and goals to provide tailored solutions aligned with strategic initiatives
- Engage in contract negotiations, procurement, and implementation facilitation
Qualifications
- Strong track record of quota attainment in an Enterprise sales role for 8+ years
- A deep passion for transforming the U.S. healthcare system, particularly mental health
- Outstanding communication and collaborative sales skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high tolerance for ambiguity and a determination to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Experience closing 6-figure deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Emotional intelligence and empathy
- The ability to travel up to 30% of the year for sales activities and industry events

Pay
The target base salary for this position is $175,000, with individual pay determined by a variety of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
Schedule
This is a full-time remote position with occasional travel required.
