Job Summary
The Strategic Midstream Manager at Imperative Chemical Partners oversees and enhances midstream water operations for customers. This role requires knowledge of product lines, production applications, midstream equipment, and chemical programs.
Job Duties
- Manage and oversee field operations for an account manager.
- Conduct field surveys to identify treatment programs and existing or potential problems, and develop recommendations for treatment solutions.
- Provide technical advice and chemical recommendations based on integrity requirements.
- Build and sustain relationships with both current and potential customers.
- Offer excellent customer service by troubleshooting and resolving issues, maintaining financial and technical portfolios, and keeping customers informed of their performance.
- Maintain the highest level of safety and work well independently and in a team atmosphere.
- Liaise between the field and the laboratory to develop and direct laboratory testing to support field recommendations.
- Evaluate ROI and cost efficiencies with existing or new midstream business.
- Support new business opportunities by assisting with surveys and/or account transitions as needed.
- Provide internal training and development when needed.
- Review and understand lab data reporting and assist with customer recommendations.
- Support internal customers to ensure that company goals for operational and financial metrics are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with midstream clients, including pipeline operators, processing facilities, and SWD operators.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare sales forecasts for management.
- Develop account strategies to meet or exceed sales forecast targets.
- Analyze customer specific needs, operational conditions, and analytical data to recommend appropriate products and services.
Required Skills, Education & Knowledge
- High School Diploma or Equivalent; College degree preferred
- 5+ years of applicable industry experience
- Acceptable driving record for a minimum of 3 years
- Knowledge and understanding of midstream water operations
