We need to decide if we include a Benefits section. The posting has specific content about benefits, so we should include a Benefits section. The content is prose, but we could also list some benefits as bullet list? The instruction: Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. The benefits paragraph includes a list of items (backup dependent care, adoption assistance, etc.) but it's within prose. We could either keep as prose or convert to list. Since it's a list of benefits, we could make a

    • for each benefit item. However the instruction says use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should extract the benefit items into a list. Let's parse: Benefits mentioned: - medical, dental, and vision care (traditional offerings) - comprehensive suite of benefits focusing on physical, emotional, financial, social wellness. - support for working families, which may include: - backup dependent care - adoption assistance - infertility coverage - family building support - behavioral health solutions - paid parental leave - paid caregiver leave - training programs - professional development resources - mentorship programs - employee resource groups - volunteer activities - much more (maybe ignore as vague) We also have "compensation, benefits, and resources" but that's generic. We could create a Benefits section with a
        • list of specific benefits. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop details like "medical, dental, and vision care". We could include them as list items. But we also have a paragraph about compensation etc. Might be better to keep as prose for the general statement and then list specific benefits. However the instruction says use
          • for any list of benefits. It doesn't forbid also having prose. So we could have a

for the introductory sentence, then a

            • for the list. Similarly for Pay: we have salary range details. That's specific content, so we need a Pay section. The posting includes: "Full time Salary Range* $76,200 - 119,460 This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range." We should include that as prose (maybe a

). No list. Schedule: not mentioned, so we should not create a Schedule section. Requirements/Qualifications: not separate; skills and experience cover that. Could we create a Requirements section? The instruction says use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Skills And Experience; we could map to Skills section. We could also have Requirements but it's redundant. Better to follow the posting: we have Skills And Experience; we can use

              Skills

(or Skills And Experience). The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use Skills heading. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Thus final HTML:
