Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and CHROs, building strong executive relationships
  • Establish credibility with clients through effective resolutions and support during escalations
  • Expand internal connections within client organizations to identify opportunities and provide tailored solutions
  • Lead client retention strategies, including renewal presentations and negotiations to enhance satisfaction
  • Leverage existing relationships to cross-sell and cultivate new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client challenges, ensuring value delivery
  • Facilitate regular performance reviews to track progress, address concerns, and discover growth avenues

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or strategic sales, particularly in HR, consulting, or healthcare
  • Proficiency in managing mid-to-large employer accounts with a workforce of 5,000+ employees
  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • In-depth understanding of the company’s solutions and ability to navigate client complexities
  • Demonstrated growth mindset with proven success in expanding client relationships

Pay

$185,000 – $200,000 annually
