Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and CHROs, building strong executive relationships
- Establish credibility with clients through effective resolutions and support during escalations
- Expand internal connections within client organizations to identify opportunities and provide tailored solutions
- Lead client retention strategies, including renewal presentations and negotiations to enhance satisfaction
- Leverage existing relationships to cross-sell and cultivate new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client challenges, ensuring value delivery
- Facilitate regular performance reviews to track progress, address concerns, and discover growth avenues
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management or strategic sales, particularly in HR, consulting, or healthcare
- Proficiency in managing mid-to-large employer accounts with a workforce of 5,000+ employees
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth understanding of the company’s solutions and ability to navigate client complexities
- Demonstrated growth mindset with proven success in expanding client relationships
