Job Summary

eSentio provides technology consulting to leading law firms and legal organizations. We seek a New York-based Sales and Business Development Professional to build the territory and drive revenue growth within the AmLaw200 market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to drive revenue growth within the US AmLaw200 legal market
  • Possess a deep understanding of the business drivers of legal technology
  • Manage the pipeline and sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas, focus on client account management, retention, and up-selling opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the legal industry
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions and services to clients
  • Accurately update and maintain the CRM system
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to help develop sales strategies

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience selling technical professional services to large law firms and legal departments, ideally within the AmLaw200 market
  • An understanding of the business drivers of legal technology
  • A strong background in successful due diligence and deal structuring
  • Experience developing and successfully executing a sales territory plan
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Comfort working with senior leaders of organizations (CIO, CFO, Managing Partners etc.) both internally and externally
  • An existing network of technology decision makers in the legal industry
