Strategic Account Executive - Hybrid Milwaukee and/or Wausau, WI

Primary Responsibilities

• Create the strategic retention and growth plan for customers with the goal of serving and renewing accounts.
• Demonstrate the value propositions for specialty and ancillary business to improve customer growth and retention.
• Strategically plan and meet with customer quarterly, identifying trends and offering solutions per the Insight Driven Solutions (IDS) consultative process.
• Prepare, host and follow-up an annual strategic planning session.

Required Qualifications

• State health insurance license required upon hire, and life insurance licenses required within 3 months from position start date.
• 1+ years of sales and/or service experience in insurance industry, human resources, or a related field.
• Driver’s license and access to reliable transportation; ability to maintain an excellent driving record.
• Willing or ability to travel 10% of the time.

Pay and Benefits

• Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
• In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
• The salary for this role will range from $60,000 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. This role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on sales performance.
