Strategic Account Executive (East Region)

About The Role

Braintrust is looking for an Strategic Account Executive who will be responsible for prospecting and closing new business across the East region of the US. Braintrust already has a strong base of early customers including Stripe, Notion, Instacart, and Airtable, which you'll be able to build on to help us expand. This role is based in New York City, NY.

What you’ll do

• Help develop our GTM strategy and close key customer accounts.
• Build and own the entire sales process including engaging with potential customers, negotiating and closing contracts, customer retention, and renewals.
• Navigate complex sales and win trust through consultative sales conversations with technical teams.

Ideal candidate credentials

• 5-10+ years of full cycle sales experience, selling to technical audiences.
• Ready to go deep on our product to carry a technical conversation with AI teams.
• Ready to roll up your sleeves and drive impact to exceed revenue targets.
• A strong work ethic, competitive drive, and ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Thrives in environments where things are sometimes loosely defined and may have competing priorities or deadlines.
