StorQuest Assistant Store Manager-Floater

About the role

The Assistant Store Manager is the first-line representative to the William Warren Properties customers in the Store Manager's absence. This position is responsible for maintaining the daily operations of a site and assisting with various responsibilities across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the rental process including converting sales, taking payments, selling merchandise, offering insurance, and guiding customers through truck rentals.
• Manage past-due accounts and assist with collecting payments.
• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the storage facilities, including inspecting the stores daily and performing minor maintenance tasks.
• Handle cash transactions, reconcile receipts, and manage petty cash.
• Communicate with vendors for routine maintenance and repairs.
• Perform administrative tasks such as reconciling bank deposits and visiting the post office as necessary.
• Support the Store Manager by covering shifts and managing operations when needed.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in customer service/sales.
• Tech-savvy is a plus.
• Experience in cash handling is required.
• Available to work weekends.

Pay

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour + competitive bonus potential.

Schedule

Regular weekend availability is required.
