Stormwater Business Class Lead

About the role

This role is within HDR's Water Business Group, focusing on stormwater management. The Stormwater Business Class Lead (BCL) will lead and grow the existing stormwater group, supporting other projects and working with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical excellence and deliver projects
• Pursue and secure opportunities with new and existing clients
• Lead and mentor staff
• Support project teams in pursuit and completion of projects
• Engage in industry groups and forums
• Shape marketing and strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field
• 10+ years of experience
• Strong project management and business management skills
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills
• Experience in development and management of diverse teams
• Professional or engineering registration and related technical experience

Qualifications

• Committed to quality, improvement, and HDR values
• Maintains a professional or engineering registration and has related technical experience
• Works cooperatively with other business class leaders, operations managers, technical directors, and marketing managers
