Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and store products in an orderly manner, ensuring proper categorization and maximizing efficiency.
- Receive incoming goods, inspect them meticulously to ensure they meet quality standards, and document findings accurately.
- Store products in designated areas, adhering to established rotation procedures to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
- Deliver items promptly and accurately to the designated locations to support kitchen operations.
- Keep the storeroom, receiving area, and back dock clean and organized, removing debris and adhering to safety standards.
- Maintain product expiration dates, promptly disposing of expired items in accordance with guidelines.
- Optimize space utilization to streamline inventory management processes.
Education And Experience
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- One to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job Requirements
- Physical Demands: Lift up to 10 pounds frequently, lift up to 25 pounds frequently, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.
