Responsibilities
- Administering medications as per schedule and doctor’s orders
- Assisting patients with personal hygiene and grooming
- Maintaining cleanliness and order within the living quarters
- Monitoring patients for signs of distress and reporting to supervisors
- Participating in regular training sessions to enhance caregiving skills
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Experience in a healthcare or caregiving environment preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR
