About the role
The Stores Team Members are at the core of the customer experience. Each day, you bring a friendly attitude, assist customers in finding the gear that fuels their adventures, share your passion for sports and the outdoors, and keep the store looking its best. The environment is active, fast-paced, and high-energy, making it both fun and rewarding. You play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for customers and developing new skills behind the scenes.

Requirements
- A positive attitude and a desire to help others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Customer service experience preferred
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred
