About the role

This Temporary Part-Time Supervisor role is available at LEGO Brand Retail. The position is expected to last until February, but may extend based on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide training to enhance the team's ability to exceed high standards of customer service, product knowledge, and sales.
  • Maximize profitable sales by reviewing sales and margin information regularly.
  • Aid in ensuring appropriate and effective space management techniques are used.
  • Maintain the Store graphics system (including pricing) effectively, focusing on customer service and maximizing profitable sales.
  • Evaluate and communicate on competitors' visual merchandising techniques, identifying opportunities to develop the business.
  • Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO Brand Retail guidelines.
  • Empower and develop a high-performance team by sharing the LEGO Brand, Vision, and Values.
  • Deliver inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO Brand values.

Requirements

  • Leadership and/or management experience in a specialty retail store environment.
  • A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Delivery of Employee training.
  • Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing.
  • Point of sale automated systems.
  • Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising.
  • Physical specifications: constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
  • Vision abilities: close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.
  • Availability to work up to 30 hours per week covering the full week and weekend with a minimum of 4 days.

Pay

The hourly wage for the position ranges from $20.70 to $22.10 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.

Schedule

Available to work up to 30 hours per week covering the full week and weekend with a minimum of 4 days.
