Store Supervisor (Part Time)
About the role
The Retail Team Lead at Office Depot is a part-time role responsible for providing "total solutions" to customers, encompassing products, technology, services, furniture, and print offerings. This role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, supporting sales offerings, engaging with the local community, and contributing to a positive culture aligned with the Office Depot 5C values.
Primary Responsibilities
Print Sales and Services: Support efficient operation in the Print function, drive overall store sales, operate and assist associates on all equipment within the Print Services area, and effectively communicate with customers.
Operational Efficiency: Process merchandise accurately and efficiently, adhere to established procedures, deadlines, and visual merchandising standards, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Client Engagement: Drive positive client satisfaction, coach and train associates to enhance the customer experience, support community outreach initiatives, and continuously develop personal selling skills and product knowledge.
External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: Ensure safety and security during the absence of management, assist in loss prevention compliance, perform opening/closing responsibilities, and assist in cash handling and audit processes.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in related field.
Sales and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
Basic computer skills and ability to use computers and technology for information access.
Skilled in Customer Service and Print Services experience desired.
Advanced selling skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability, and ability to assist others professionally.
Pays close attention to detail for high-quality production in the Print Services area.

Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule
The salary range for this role is $16.50/Hour to $18.50/Hour, with compliance with state and local minimum wages resulting in possible adjustments. The company offers competitive salaries, a benefits package including a 401(k), and ample opportunity for growth within the organization.
