Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications safely, quickly, and friendly.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and excel in their roles.
• Manage in-store inventory, ensuring products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds (or assist in lifting 40 pounds).
• Must be 18 years or older (21+ in Virginia for certain tasks).
