Store Supervisor - Overnight

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with greetings and exceptional service.
- Prepare and serve quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications safely, quickly, and friendly.
- Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and excel in their roles.
- Manage in-store inventory, ensuring products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
- Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
Requirements
- Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist in lifting 40 pounds.
- Must be at least 18 years of age (21 in Virginia for certain tasks).
