Store Supervisor - Overnight

About the role

Sheetz is seeking a self-motivated, dependable, and efficient Supervisor to lead store team members by example with high-energy hustle and a strong team mentality. This role involves engaging customers with hospitality and working together to ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Serve quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform effectively
• Monitor in-store products to ensure proper ordering, merchandising, rotation, and availability
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds
• Must be 18 years of age or older (Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks)

Pay

Additional $1.50/hr. for working 10pm–6am.
