Store Supervisor - Dana Point

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and assist with opening and closing procedures
• Serve as a leader on the floor and a role model for Mother’s Market values
• Supervise and support team members across departments as needed
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and assist with issue resolution
• Avoid non-compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards
• Aid in scheduling, breaks, and workflow coordination
• Assist with cash handling, register balancing, and front-end operations when needed
• Communicate store needs, issues, and updates to store leadership
• Train and coach team members on customer service and operational expectations
• Promote Mother’s Market values, including wellness, sustainability, and community
• Work collaboratively with store leadership and department teams

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous retail or customer service experience required
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
