Position Summary
The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store side of a Branch and reports directly to the District Manager. They may supervise customer service, store operations, and employee supervision in a friendly, fast-paced team environment.
Primary Duties
- Supervise, coach, mentor, train, and support all employees
- Generate and maintain accurate required documentation
- Address and resolve all customer requests and/or complaints utilizing a positive, creative approach
- Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and customers
- Champion of MFCP programs and carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures and applicable laws
Basic Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent with supervisor experience preferred
- Solid computer skills including use of MS Office with a willingness to learn new software programs
- The ability to understand and calculate gross profit/gross margin, add, subtract, multiply, and divide. The ability to calculate averages and other functions preferred
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Physical Demands And Work Environment
- Job requires frequent lifting up to 70 pounds, stooping, reaching above shoulder level, pushing, pulling, constantly walking/standing on cement flooring and climbing ladders as needed
- Work environment may vary: warehouse containing moving equipment, fluctuating temperature and inventory in various storage arrangements, office work, manufacturing, machine shops, and any other specific business operations of current or potential customers
Salary
$27-$30/hour with potential for quarterly bonus, DOE
