About the role
Common Man Roadside Market and Deli is hiring Supervisors for our Epsom store, located at the Epsom traffic circle. Come work for a great New Hampshire company in a fun, fast-paced environment!
Responsibilities
- Overseeing staff and training employees
- Customer service and resolution of customer issues
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer, monitoring cash over/shortage, inventory control
- Daily paperwork, reporting, and logs
- General upkeep and appearance of the store and grounds
- Food safety, sanitation, and quality
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a retail environment
- Must be able to obtain/maintain relevant certifications, including Underground Storage Tank Operator A/B and ServSafe
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, kneel, squat, bend and reach
- Must be able to lift/carry packages up to 50 pounds
Pay
$22/hour
