Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store with greetings and top‑tier customer service.
• Serve quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach your work family to prioritize tasks and excel as a team.
• Monitor in‑store inventory to ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi‑task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 lb (assist another person in lifting 40 lb).
• Must be at least 18 years old (VA state law requires supervisors to be 21 years old or older for certain tasks).

Pay

• $1,000 sign‑on bonus (paid $500 after 30 days of employment and $500 after 90 days).
• Additional $1.50 per hour for shifts worked between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.
