Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Serve quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and excel as a cohesive unit.
• Monitor in-store inventory to ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds (or assist in lifting 40 pounds).
• Must be 18 years of age or older (21 years or older for certain tasks in Virginia due to state law).

Pay

Additional $1.50/hour for working the 10pm–6am shift.
