Store Shift Lead

About the role

We are hiring immediately for part-time Shift Leads. Join our team of over 1,700 stores across 27 states and grow with a company that values its people.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns
• Operate cash register and ensure fuel and merchandise availability
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment
• Support the Store Manager in all store operations
• Lead the team to exceed store performance goals and objectives
• Perform job-related duties as assigned
• In the absence of management, complete backup duties including daily/monthly paperwork, resolving problems, reviewing daily video, plan-o-gram compliance, inventory ordering, product counts, equipment maintenance, and training new employees

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years of age (19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky, and 21 in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Tennessee, and Utah)
• High school diploma or GED, or at least 6 months of related job experience
• Minimum 3 months of cashier experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
• Able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Pay

• Shift Lead: $14.25 – $14.75 per hour
• Assistant Manager: $14.75 – $15.25 per hour
