Store Shift Lead

About the role

Job duties include assisting store managers with personnel training, completing fuel surveys, making bank deposits, receiving product, and ensuring a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns
• Aid customers with purchases and fuel transactions
• Operate cash register
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Support the store manager in all store operations
• Lead the team to exceed store performance goals and objectives
• In the absence of management, complete backup duties including paperwork, problem resolution, review of daily video, plan-o-gram compliance, inventory ordering, product counts, equipment maintenance, and training new employees

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years of age, 19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky, and 21 in Illinois, Arkansas, Kansas, and Alabama
• High school diploma/GED or at least 6 months of related on-the-job experience
• Minimum 3 months of cashier experience
• Able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
• Able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Dependable transportation

Pay

• Assistant Manager: $16.75 - $17.25 per hour
• Shift Lead: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
