Store Shift Lead

Responsibilities

• Providing a prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience
• Responding to and resolving customer’s requests and concerns
• Aiding customers with purchases and fuel transactions
• Operating cash register
• Ensuring fuel and merchandise are available for customers
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Supporting the Store Manager in all store operations
• Leading the team to exceed the store’s performance goals and objectives
• Performing job-related duties as assigned
• In the absence of management, providing backup duties including completing daily/monthly paperwork, resolving problems, reviewing daily video, planning-o-gram compliance, inventory ordering, product counting, and equipment maintenance and training new employees

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years of age, 19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky, and 21 in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Tennessee, and Utah
• Must have a high school diploma or GED, or at least 6 months of related job experience
• Must have a minimum of 3 months of cashier experience
• Must be able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have dependable transportation

Pay

• Assistant Manager Salary Range: $15.25 - $15.75 per hour
• Shift Lead Salary Range: $13.00 - $13.50 per hour
