Responsibilities

• Providing prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience
• Responding to and resolving customer’s requests and concerns
• Operating cash register
• Ensuring fuel and merchandise is available for customers
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Supporting the Store Manager in all store operations
• Helping lead the team to exceed the store’s performance goals and objectives
• Performing job-related duties as assigned
• In the absence of management, providing backup duties including completing daily/monthly paperwork, resolving problems, reviewing daily video, plan-o-gram compliance, inventory ordering, product count, equipment maintenance, and training new employees

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years of age (19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky, and 21 in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Tennessee, and Utah)
• High school diploma or GED, or at least 6 months of related job experience
• Minimum 3 months of cashier experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
• Able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Pay

• Shift Lead: $12.50 - $13.00 per hour
• Assistant Manager: $15.75 - $16.25 per hour
