Store Sales Coach

What You'll Do

• Coach, train, and develop Retail Sales Associates (RSAs) to maximize performance and productivity
• Provide ongoing feedback, recognition, and performance management support
• Assess talent and facilitate effective training and development initiatives
• Partner closely with Store Coaches and leadership teams to proactively address challenges and improve results
• Support and execute company initiatives while promoting a high-performance culture
• Review daily, monthly, and quarterly sales performance metrics and scorecards
• Help drive profitable sales through strong business and leadership decisions
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration across locations as assigned
• Travel locally as needed to support assigned teams and stores

Requirements

• Strong facilitation and talent assessment skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience
