Responsibilities

• Customer Service
  • Develop customer relationships by identifying self‑storage needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Interact face‑to‑face with customers, delivering excellent service and building rapport.
  • Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
  • Rent self‑storage units, sell store merchandise, manage the leasing process, accept payments using the Point‑of‑Sale system, complete daily bank deposits, and make courtesy calls regarding late payments.
• Property Maintenance
  • Perform daily walks of the property, clean units and store grounds, and open/close storage doors (up to 50 lb).
  • Maintain the facility by mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, cleaning storage units, and similar tasks.
  • Keep the facility clean and safe, ensuring restrooms, landscaping, parking areas, storage doors, and office space meet company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high‑quality customer service to a diverse market.
• Self‑driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays; some locations may require Sunday hours.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up‑to‑date insurance.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, or balance on a ladder as required.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Pay

Hourly rate: $18.45 – $20.17, based on experience.

Schedule

• Primarily daytime hours with the potential for Sundays off.
• Must be available to work Saturdays.
• Some locations may require Sunday hours.
