Qualifications

• Basic retail knowledge
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Physical abilities: standing, walking, lifting up to 80 lbs, operating equipment such as slicers, ovens, and scales
• Prior retail experience preferred but not mandatory
• Attendance, initiative, safety awareness, and a focus on quality
