About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. They will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for both employees and customers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Manage employee schedules and performance evaluations.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay
