We are hiring Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers and Associate Store Managers! Responsibilities

• Own daily store operations and drive overall store performance
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commission sales team
• Drive memberships, commission sales, upgrades, and revenue growth
• Set the pace on the sales floor and lead by example
• Inspire your team to crush individual and store goals
• Build relationships with guests and deliver an exceptional experience every time
• Train, motivate, and retain top talent
• Monitor team performance and turn goals into results
• Oversee opening, closing, and daily operational standards

• Have 3+ years of proven sales and management success in beauty, spa, wellness, or retail
