Store Manager Trainee

Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Retail Manager at Family Dollar in Warren. This position requires exceptional customer service skills, leadership/motivational skills, talent succession/people development, and inventory/shrink management. As a manager, you may be required to provide detailed background information necessary to obtain a license to sell alcoholic beverages/tobacco products. Failure to comply and/or qualify for such license can lead to demotion or separation of employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
