About the role

We are seeking a Full-time Store Manager in Training at Family Dollar, Bridger 30877. As part of your responsibilities, you may be required to obtain specialized licenses for stores that sell alcohol and/or tobacco. You may also be required to provide certain detailed background information necessary to obtain a license to sell alcoholic beverages/tobacco products. Compliance with these requirements is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the store
• Train and mentor new employees
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to alcohol and tobacco sales

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
