About the role

The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services, and controlling expenses. This role is responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to maximize sales and profitability
• Maintain Guest Services standards
• Control expenses and manage budget
• Manage shrink, merchandising, and inventory control
• Handle staffing, scheduling, and team leadership
• Set up, pack up, and tear down seasonal store fixtures

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21
• Flexible schedule availability
• Prior retail management experience

Physical demands

• Standing or walking for 8+ hours per day
• Climbing ladders and setting up fixtures
• Lifting and moving up to 50 pounds
