Responsibilities
- Oversight and accountability for the total operation of a store to ensure maximum sales and profitability.
- Establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
- Controlling expenses.
- Overseeing shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.
Requirements
- Aged 21 or older.
- A flexible schedule.
Qualifications
- Prior retail management experience is required.
