About the role
The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum age of 21
- Flexible schedule
- Prior retail management experience required
Qualifications
- Ability to work long hours standing and walking
- Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of retail operations and management
