About the role

The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of store operations
• Ensuring maximum sales and profitability
• Maintaining Guest Services
• Controlling expenses
• Scheduling and managing staff
• Managing merchandise, inventory, and store setup and teardown

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21
• Flexible schedule
• Physical demands including standing/walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Prior retail management experience required

Pay

Hourly rate ranges from $19.50 - $20.50 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
