About the role

The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of store operations
• Ensuring maximum sales and profitability
• Establishing and maintaining Guest Services
• Controlling expenses
• Serving as the primary point of contact for store operations
• Managing staff schedules and performance
• Overseeing merchandise setup, pack-up, and teardown
• Managing inventory control and shrink
• Ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21
• Flexible schedule
• Prior retail management experience required

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures

Pay
