Store Manager - Spirit

About the role

The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services, controlling expenses, and managing shrink, merchandising, inventory control, and staffing. This role includes setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Maintain Guest Services standards.
• Control expenses and manage inventory shrink.
• Handle merchandising and inventory control.
• Manage staffing, including hiring and scheduling.
• Set up, pack up, and tear down seasonal store fixtures.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail management experience required.

Pay

Hourly rate ranges from $21.90 - $22.15 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.
