About the role

The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of store operations
• Ensuring maximum sales and profitability
• Establishing and maintaining Guest Services
• Controlling expenses
• Serving as the primary point of contact for employees and guests
• Managing store staff including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Overseeing merchandise displays and inventory control
• Managing store setup, pack-up, and teardown activities
• Ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures
• Handling customer complaints and issues
• Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21
• Flexible schedule
• Prior retail management experience required

Qualifications

• Physical ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, lift/move up to 50 pounds

Pay

Hourly rate ranges from $19.50 - $20.50 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
