About the role

The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of store operations
• Ensuring maximum sales and profitability
• Establishing and maintaining Guest Services
• Controlling expenses
• Serving as the primary point of contact for all store issues
• Overseeing staff scheduling and performance
• Managing merchandise, inventory, and pricing
• Facilitating store setup, pack-up, and teardown activities

• Collaborating with other departments to achieve overall store goals

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 years
• Flexible schedule
• Prior retail management experience required
• Physical demands: 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds

Pay

Hourly rate ranges from $19.50 - $20.50 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
