About the role

The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of store operations
• Ensuring maximum sales and profitability
• Establishing and maintaining Guest Services
• Controlling expenses
• Serving as the primary point of contact for store operations
• Managing staff schedules and performance
• Overseeing merchandise displays and inventory control
• Ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures
• Handling customer complaints and issues
• Planning and executing seasonal store setup and teardown

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21
• Flexible schedule
• Prior retail management experience required
• Physical demands: 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of retail operations and practices
• Experience in managing a team
• Ability to work independently and under pressure

Pay

Hourly rate ranges from $24.29 - $24.54 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
