About the role

The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of store operations

• Scheduling and managing staff
• Maintaining merchandise and inventory
• Setting up and packing up seasonal stores
• Managing store shrinkage
• Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21
• Flexible schedule
• Prior retail management experience required

Qualifications

• Physical ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, lift/move up to 50 pounds

Pay

Hourly rate ranges from $24.29 - $24.54 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
