About the role

The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of store operations
• Ensuring maximum sales and profitability
• Maintaining Guest Services
• Controlling expenses
• Managing shrink, merchandising, inventory control
• Staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 21
• Flexible schedule
• Prior retail management experience required

Qualifications

Dependent upon qualifications and experience, hourly rate ranges from $19.50 - $20.50 per hour. All Bonus and Pay Programs are subject to qualifications.
