Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure the total operation of a store, focusing on maximum sales and profitability
- Establish and maintain Guest Services
- Control expenses
- Manage shrink, merchandising, and inventory control
- Handle staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 21
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Climb ladders and set up fixtures
- Lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Prior retail management experience
