About the role
The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services, controlling expenses, and managing shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to maximize sales and profitability
- Maintain Guest Services standards
- Control expenses and manage shrink
- Oversee merchandising and inventory control
- Manage staffing, including hiring and scheduling
- Set up, pack up, and tear down seasonal store fixtures
Requirements
- Prior retail management experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per day
- Ability to climb ladders and set up store fixtures
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
