About the role

The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of store operations
• Ensuring maximum sales and profitability
• Establishing and maintaining Guest Services
• Controlling expenses
• Serving as the primary point of contact for store operations
• Managing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Overseeing merchandise display and inventory management
• Ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures
• Handling customer complaints and issues
• Planning and executing seasonal store setup and teardown
• Managing store budget and financial reporting

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 years
• Flexible schedule
• Prior retail management experience required

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Knowledge of retail operations and best practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Physical ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds

Pay

Hourly rate ranges from $20.50 - $20.75 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
